We are unrestricted dental providers which means we do not participate directly with any dental insurance companies at this time. The reason for this is that insurance companies place a lot of restrictions on the services that can be provided and our office firmly believes in providing optimal care for your child.
However, if your insurance provides out of network benefits, we will provide all of the necessary forms and file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients following your visit. This does not however, transfer the responsibility of your financial obligation to our office and payment is expected at the time services are rendered.

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
